Everything you need to know about Wellbloom — practice-management software built for independent therapists and psychologists in Mexico.

Wellbloom is a practice-management web app built for independent therapists and psychologists in Mexico. It brings your online scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders over WhatsApp, payment tracking, and patient list into one simple place — so you can spend less time on admin and more time with the people you help. It works in both Spanish and English and runs in your browser, with nothing to install.

Wellbloom is one flat price: $400 MXN per month. There are no hidden fees and no commission on your payments. You can start with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You also get 3 months free when you sign up and book a short onboarding call with our team inside the app.

Before every session, Wellbloom sends your client a WhatsApp confirmation they can answer with one tap — Yes or No — plus a reminder as the appointment approaches. If they can't make it, they let you know in advance and can reschedule over WhatsApp, so you're not left guessing and the slot can be freed up.

Appointment reminders are one of the most evidence-backed ways to cut no-shows. In a peer-reviewed study of 135,393 appointments, a proactive reminder-and-confirmation program cut no-shows by up to 50% — from about 21% down to about 10% (JMIR Formative Research, 2025) — while a systematic review of 29 studies puts the typical reduction from phone and SMS reminders at about a third of the baseline rate (Journal of Telemedicine and Telecare, 2011). The biggest gains come from systems that proactively reach the patient and prompt a response before each appointment, which is exactly how Wellbloom works: your client confirms each session with one tap. This matters most in mental health, where about 20% of appointments are missed — almost twice the rate of other medical specialties — and up to 50% of patients who miss an appointment drop out of care entirely (Mitchell & Selmes, Advances in Psychiatric Treatment, 2007). And because Wellbloom's confirmation arrives on WhatsApp — used by 91% of internet users in Mexico, the country's #1 platform (Asociación de Internet MX, 2026) — it's far more likely to be seen and acted on than email or SMS.

Coming soon: late-cancellation protection, so you can set a policy and automatically apply a fee when someone cancels at the last minute.

Wellbloom helps you keep track of payments — you mark a session as paid and always know who still owes you — but it does not process or collect money on your behalf. You continue to get paid however you already do (cash, transfer, or your own card terminal), and Wellbloom keeps the record straight.

You share your scheduling link, and clients pick from your real-time availability. Once an appointment is booked, Wellbloom handles the WhatsApp confirmation and reminders automatically. For online sessions, you can attach and manage the session link so everyone knows exactly where to join.

Yes. Wellbloom is fully bilingual — Mexican Spanish (es-MX) and English — and you can switch at any time. The WhatsApp messages your clients receive are in Spanish by default, so the experience feels natural for your patients in Mexico.

No. Wellbloom is a web app — it runs in any modern browser on your computer or phone. There's nothing to download or install, and updates happen automatically.

Wellbloom is built for independent mental-health practitioners in Mexico — psychologists, therapists, and psychiatrists in private practice. Nutritionists (nutriólogos) and physical therapists (fisioterapeutas) who run their own consultations use it too. If you book your own clients and want scheduling, WhatsApp reminders, and payment tracking in one place, Wellbloom is for you.

Sign up for free — no credit card needed — and you'll be set up in minutes. Add your availability, share your booking link, and Wellbloom takes care of the WhatsApp confirmations and reminders from there. Book a short onboarding call with our team inside the app and you'll get 3 months free.

Yes — confidentiality is the foundation of your work, and we treat it that way. Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase) with encryption in transit and at rest, and access to your account requires your login. Wellbloom never sells your data or your patients' data, and patient information is used only to run the features you see (for example, sending a WhatsApp confirmation to a patient you scheduled). As the treating professional you remain the data controller for your patients' records under Mexican law, so you still need your own privacy notice (aviso de privacidad) — our guide on NOM-004, NOM-024 and data rules for your consultorio explains the basics.

Your trial simply ends — we don't ask for a card during the trial, so you are never charged automatically. If Wellbloom is working for you, you subscribe inside the app at $400 MXN per month to keep going. And remember: if you book a short onboarding call with our team, you get 3 months free.

No. Wellbloom tracks payments — you mark each session paid and always know who owes you — but it does not issue CFDI tax invoices and does not process money. For invoicing you keep using your accountant or the SAT's free tools. If you're getting started with facturación as a therapist, our plain-language guide to CFDI for psychologists covers the basics.

Yes — most therapists come to Wellbloom from exactly that setup: a spreadsheet for patients and payments plus a calendar for sessions. There's no complicated migration: you add your patients and your availability in minutes and start scheduling. The difference you'll notice first is what the spreadsheet can't do — WhatsApp confirmations and reminders going out automatically before every session. If you book an onboarding call, our team helps you get set up (and you get 3 months free).

Yes. The app is fully bilingual — Mexican Spanish (es-MX) and English — and you can switch the interface at any time. The WhatsApp messages your clients receive are in Spanish by default, which feels natural for patients in Mexico. Many bilingual and internationally trained therapists in Mexico use English for their own workflow and Spanish for their patients.

Wellbloom is built for Mexico first: the product, the WhatsApp-centered workflow, and the $400 MXN/month pricing are designed around how private practices work here. That said, it's a web app — it runs in any browser — and WhatsApp confirmations reach any WhatsApp number, so therapists elsewhere in Latin America can use it too. Billing is in Mexican pesos.
